1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

LynPon offers a limited warranty on all products sold. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser.
Coverage begins on the date of product receipt and extends for a period of one (1) year thereafter.

What This Warranty Covers

If the product or any covered component is proven defective in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. If a replacement is provided, it will carry the remaining warranty of the original product. Any replacement provided shall be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Please contact us via email with your order number and original purchase date.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to, and the manufacturer assumes no responsibility for, the following:

  • Merchandise purchased as floor samples, display models, "as-is" items, second-hand goods, distress sale merchandise, going-out-of-business purchases, or items acquired from liquidators;

    Damage or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, improper assembly or installation, lack of reasonable maintenance, negligent handling, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications;

  • Cosmetic imperfections, including but not limited to scratches, dents, cracks, or fading of finishes;
  • Damage caused by exposure to sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, liquids (including water and alcohol), or other environmental factors;

    Deterioration resulting from the use of chemical treatments, protective coatings, or unapproved cleaning methods on finishes, upholstery, or other surfaces;

  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or gradual changes in appearance over time;

    Shipping damage or any transportation-related costs, including freight to and from the retailer or manufacturer;

    Any product for which valid proof of original purchase cannot be provided, or which is not in the possession of the original purchaser.
